Client's challenge:

The client needed reliable and prompt delivery of polymer materials (packaging: pallets, big bags, crates, boxes) with a tonnage ranging from 1 to 22 tons. Key requirements included the ability to use various loading methods (top, rear, side) and strict delivery deadlines. The delivery geography covered shipments from the Moscow region to various parts of Russia, including Ryazan (206 km) and Krasnodar (1,360 km).

Our solution:

We proposed an optimized logistics plan to the client, which included:

• Selecting the appropriate vehicles based on the packaging and tonnage of the cargo.
• Organizing convenient loading according to the customer’s requirements (top, rear, side loading).
• Monitoring delivery at all stages, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
• The possibility of expanding delivery geography to other regions.
